All events list

The Teaching and Learning Support Services (TLSS) offers free training activities for faculty members. Some events are targeted at faculty, and some are targeted at teaching assistants. Conferences are open to all. Our workshops cover various topics in post-secondary education, such as teaching technology, university teaching, classrooms, etc. We also sometimes offer full days, such as the Design-A-Thon, new faculty and teaching assistant orientation days, etc.

In the spirit of sharing the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) of our colleagues, we are proud to organize our third Ottawa/Carleton Science Education Symposium. Our theme is the link between pedagogical theory and practice, and we envision this day as a forum for dialogue and discovery of new ideas.

This is a call for proposals to contribute a 15-min talk, a 30 or 60-min round table discussion, workshop or demonstration or a poster presentation at the symposium
