The Library OER Grant is back!
Interested in making education more affordable, facilitating access to course materials on the first day, or using teaching materials more closely aligned with the local context? You could be awarded up to $7,500 to support the use, adaptation, or creation of free and openly licensed educational resources. Applications are accepted until February 17, 2023. Attend this information session to learn more about the grant, find inspiration, and ask questions!
This is a bilingual session. Questions are welcome in French or in English.
A Zoom link will be sent to registered participants the day before the webinar.
Open Education Librarian
Librarian at the University of Ottawa since 2016, first as a Copyright Services Librarian and now as Open Education Librarian. I developed an interest in the open movement in my previous position at the International Development Research Centre, a crown corporation funding applied research in the Global South. This interest has carried over at uOttawa, where I co-authored the Library’s open access policy and have been actively raising awareness about open educational resources (OER) and coordinating #textbookbroke campaigns since 2018.
