INNOVA, located on the 6th floor of the Learning Crossroads, offers three types of spaces: interactive classrooms for dynamic learning experiences, meeting rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology for professional gatherings, and an immersive cylinder for unique collaborative and experiential projects.

Meeting rooms

Booking a meeting room at INNOVA offers numerous benefits for professionals, academics, and collaborative groups. Our modern spaces are equipped with cutting-edge technology to foster innovation and collaboration. These rooms are ideal for dynamic meetings, brainstorming sessions, or interactive workshops.

How to book

  1. Select an available date (in green) from the calendar
  2. Choose one or more time slots according to your needs
  3. Click "Add to Cart"
  4. Once all your bookings are selected, click "Finalize Request" in the cart

After submission, you'll receive an email with your request summary and cost estimate. Our team will send a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. If we cannot accommodate your request, we'll contact you directly.
