For assistance with Zoom, Simple Syllabus, Wooclap, Ouriginal or Yuja:

• Send us an email describing your issue. A ticket will be automatically generated in TopDesk, and our support staff will follow up with you.
• Visit the Teaching Technologies Lab. Our team of specialists can help you with all uOttawa-supported teaching technologies.
  • The drop-in lab is located at Vanier Hall, room 1020; Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
