Faculty Partners

A new initiative that aims to more effectively address the teaching and learning needs of faculty leaders and members of the teaching staff.

A new initiative from the TLSS team

The Faculty Partners program is a new initiative designed to strengthen collaboration between TLSS specialists in educational development and digital learning and the various faculties across the University. This support model is built on establishing dedicated partnerships between each faculty and a team of specialists, enabling more proactive and personalized support aligned with each faculty’s strategic priorities.

The primary objective of the program is to support faculty leaders and teaching staff in the continuous improvement of teaching, the advancement of educational innovation, and the implementation of evidence‑based practices. Specialists serve as strategic advisors and liaisons, providing guidance and support at both the individual and faculty levels.
