Empowered Educator – Winter 2026

Do you want to improve your online teaching skills? Do you want to be able to create content, gather resources, support your students' learning or design effective assessment tools? This professional learning program could be just what you are looking for!

The program is designed to:

• explore key skills and knowledge to extend and transform your teaching and learning
• contribute to the digital fluency of educators like you
• support digital tool selection using evidence-based research

The program's six modules are available asynchronously on the Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS). Each module takes an average of 4 to 6 hours to complete, and is designed to be taken at your own pace.

Starting January 19, 2026, optional synchronous information and coaching sessions will be held during the Winter. These sessions are an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues and receive guidance from eCampusOntario specialists.
